Once you confirm your project by paying for the package that you select, we assign a number of different, industry specific designers and a Project Manager to your Account. You will receive the initial logo design samples within 24-48 hours (which is our regular turnaround time), and you will be notified by an email or a phone call.
The Project Manager will be in contact with you to discuss each of the logo design and explain you the concept behind every artwork. At this point, you have an option to make any tweaks/changes that you'd like to have in any of the provided logo design samples. You can also request for color variations based on the package you select. The revised design samples will send back to you within the regular turnaround time of 24-48 hours.
The team of designers will be working with you on the logos until you are 100% satisfied, and once you believe that a particular logo will look great with your branding, you just need to let us know and we will send you all the final files for it.
As soon as the Logo is finalized we will start working on all the other things that are included in your package that you have selected (i.e. Stationery, Website, and Brochure etc.)
